A message from your President

Happy August! I can’t believe how time is just flying.. Only 5 months left and then Kaye will take over the reins. Whew!  However, so far so good this year. There has been a couple of hurdles here and there, but we have made it thru. I just want to remind everyone that your Board of Directors are working hard for you! If there is any questions, concerns or ideas you may have, we would love to hear them.  Coming to the Board with anything is much better than going around them.  Let’s be a positive Board, with positive goals!

Nominations are out, so here is everyone’s opportunity to try and make a difference.  Get involved and see how the Board works!

I hope to see everyone at the blood drive August 23rd.   Who’s ever office donates the most blood will get a prize… from me! I would really like for us to have a good turnout, and to show Ridgecrest, our community, that we are going to give back.

Anna Marie brought up at a Board meeting, about us a having a clean up our city day?  If anyone is interested in helping put this together please get a hold of me.  This would be another great way to show that Realtors CARE about Ridgecrest.

I hope this note finds everyone doing well and selling lots of houses.

Take Care, Ashly Palomino

A Message from your Association Executive

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to all of you. My name is Marina Skipworth. I was born and raised here in Ridgecrest. I met my husband here and became a military wife. We have been stationed in many places, however we somehow find our way back to Ridgecrest! I worked in the Banking Industry for nearly 11 years. Deciding to make a career change with no knowledge of the Real Estate world, I can assure you, everyday has been a new adventure. I appreciate you all being patient and understanding with me with the changes. I have been married for 11 years and we have 2 boys (9 &10), and an 8 year old daughter that keep us very busy as well. Please feel free to stop by the board office any time.

New Member Orientation

C.A.R. Green Tip of the Week: Unplug and save
Turning off the lights saves energy, but unplugging unused appliances, cell phone chargers, and lights saves more, because these devices draw energy even when plugged in.  For more green real-estate-related tips and
